Amtrak Commuter Train . Typical Amtrak commuter train from the northeast corrider, in a Phase III Iivery. Consist includes an F40-ph locomotive, bar/grill car, and 2 Budd coaches. The dark gray car platforms were what was available in LDD, but will be replaced with gray in the build. The instructions attached are updated by a few years. They're a .zip file, so you need to first change the extension from .lxf to .zip, then unzip it. The individual cars are inside the resulting directory. The files require Lego's Digital Designer software. . An EMD-F40ph Diesel Locomotive. The high-frequency whine of the engine gained them the nickname "screamers" Interior shot of the locomotive, including the 16-cylinder diesel engine and the engineer's station. The Bar/Grill car. Interior shot of the dining room. The oven/grill in the kitchen Fridge and sink in the back of the kitchen. Exterior shot of a Budd Amfleet II coach.
