HK416 CQB (working) . a working HK416, in CQB configuration. the configutaion can be changed with a variety of different attachments. . the time has come for me to re-do another of my guns. in this case, you could argue that the old version did not need re-doing, but like any engineer/inventor, i can always find faults with my creations, and anyway, i wanted to make another 416. i dont like naming my creations 'v2' etc, so i differentiated between the two guns by calling this model the CQB (Close Quarters Battle) version, and gave it, along with other things, a laser pointer, a vertical fore-grip, and a reflex sight -this is basically like the 416CQB on Combat Arms, only with an extra laser pointer which in hindsight is a pointless if you have a reflex, lol click here for instructions! VIDEO this new, better version features: -working mech (my open bolt mech - this gun has one of the smoothest actions ever) -two 12-brick magazines WITH BLACK BRICKS! -more details than normal: forward assist, casing deflector, dust cover, fire selector -WORKING 3-point telescopic stock -4x RIS rails that work (but not like the real thing - just shove the attachment on) -LOADS of optional accessories -HUGE amount of power due to the 5 bands on the hammer -great looks! this gun works just like my other open bolt mech guns. if you dont know how they work, look at the pics of the mech below, or go and read the stuff on the mech on my other open bolt guns, eg my G36K, as this page is big enough as it is. i will say this though - this gun is so sturdy in construction that i put 5 bands on the hammer instead of 4, and the difference was HUGE! this is easily one of my most powerful guns!! P.S. you probably thought that to get all this detail i raided Bricklink - but no. actually, i sacrificed my Desert Eagle to make this masterpiece! that leaves me with only my Glock 17 and my Colt Python! pics: the gun, right side. stock is retracted, iron sights are in use same, left side no magazine stock - 1st position 2nd position 3rd position half way between 3rd and 2nd. to stow how the lever moves. the stock is prevented by sliding off the end by a simple stopper mech as well the reciever - note the detail: forward assist, casing deflector, dust cover (closed) and fire selector the fore-grip with 4 RIS rails - sides, top and bottom the two 12-brick magazines WITH BLACK BRICKS!!! the open bolt brick feed some different combinations of attachments. i wont list out the attachments used in each pic, but the mods used are: reflex sight, ACOG(ish) sight, iron sights, sight profile raiser, vertical fore-grip and a laser pointer. gun in 'useless' configuration - no sights at all aiming through the iron sights the sight that could either be an ACOG or just a red-dot. i cant figure out which. someone help! the reflex sight the T-shaped cocking handle handle cocked FPS the whole kit, plus my Glock 17 (note the 'stainless steel' slide), as i thought that a pistol would look good with it and i needed to show you guys the slide anyway field stripped the mech. hammer and bolt forward bolt and hammer back bolt forward, hammer locked back, ready for firing and one last look at the 416 (im not sure if this is a great pic or a rubbish one ;) thats it - tell me what you think!
