Bluesmobile . One of my favourite movies is The Blues Brothers, so I had to do a Bluesmobile. I'd have like to make the big speaker to go on the roof but the pieces aren't available in LDD. 1033 pieces, 4 days. Dimensions: 14W, 43L, 9H. . ... "The use of un-nesesary violence in the aprehention of the Blues Brothers, has been approved". The blues mobile is a 1974 Dodge Monaco sedan ... the model looks narrow but, I've done my maths and it is to scale ... "It's gotta cop motor a 440 cubic inch plant, it's got cop tyres, cop suspension, cop shocks, it's the model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas" ... I've tried to make it as detailed as possible (in these pictures it's missing the wing mirrors and spot light but they're on there now) ... I put some dark grey pieces on it to make it look a bit "antiquated" (glove box closed) ... believe me when I say that, this car is alot more difficult than it looks(glove box open) Lets not allow the second Blues Brothers movie ruin our fond memories of the first. While the music was good, it just can't compare to the original. RIP - John Belushi, John Candy, Cab Calloway & Ray Charles.
