"Docked Spacecraft" in Team Pride's "Monochrome" . "Docked Spacecraft" Category: "Monochrome" Team: Team Pride . On a planet far far away, there is no such thing as color. Everything is white. Humans cannot live there, only white humanoid forms, capable of no emotion, carry out tasks as they are assigned. The prototype WD40 Spaceblaster is docked at one of the mountaintop space-stations for check-up and refueling. Further tilted view of the system. Head on shot. A humanoid refueling the ship. The WD40 Spaceblaster. (Obviously stands for "White Desolation") Bird's eye view of the WD40. Thought I'd try a shot with the flash to really bring out the color. The engines. Hard to make them look powerful with only white... The Humanoid pilot conveniently buckled in. The docking platform includes a refueling chamber, mail boxes, observation platforms, and a stretcher bay. Tried to fit some all-white greebling in there to make it look futuristic. A detail shot of the two Humanoids completely some mundane tasks. When I signed up for this category I was thinking of doing the classic "polar bear in an Alaskan winter in a snowstorm" type of mosaic, then I realized that probably would not go over too well with the judges. Hopefully this is at least a little better.
