Welly Girls . Leda Kat and her cousin Kat Kat spent the weekend in New Zealand's Capital City Wellington for a little relaxation and a lot of fun. So I (Leda-Face) have put together a slide show presentation for those of you who are interested. . Buzzing with excitement we packed our bags and headed to the airport. Here we are on the bus on the way to the airport. Gotta love bus decor. Finally we arrived at the airport. I got out my own camera and began to document our adventures. After we lost the cops at a donut kiosk, we came out of hiding and made it back to the boarding gate and boarded the aeroplane. I just can't believe we had to sit in the storage compartment along with the sick baggies. Wow! Quick flight! Then we were in Wellington! This is the world famous in New Zealand Beehive. The place where the Prime Minister and all his cronies hang out and think of new ways to spend our money. Wellington is an artistic and creative city and we noticed after only being there for a few hours that the hills were alive with the sound of music! So we stopped to listen and smell the flowers and dance in the grass with our shoes off like the hippies and arty-type people on the streets. Then it was off for more sightseeing. This is the railway station. It is a grand building in exquisite condition, as are all the old buildings in Wellington. The trains on the otherhand were a bit unkempt. Time for a coffee break! "Um... I believe I ordered the LARGE latte? HELLO!" Evening soon rolled in and the wine began to flow... ... unfortunately I had made the mistake of telling a friend where we were headed and he and some very strange people crashed our private girls night out! I was not impressed. ... after disposing of that little inconvenience, we were once again free to enjoy our evening! We went back to the hotel and we drank some more wine. And we laughed, and we drank and we laughed and we drank some more... ... good thing I remembered to pack those little buckets... We awoke the next morning with headaches as big as the head of a Duplo figure and breath as rancid as the floor of Toto's dog house! And a thirst for juice, and coffee, and all you can eat bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns!!! Our holiday was going swimmingly until the waitress spotted us and must have thought I was some sort of bug or cockroach or something... "LEDA!" "GET THIS THING OFFA ME!" So we went home...
