DD-316 Scout Craft; Junior's tractor . Just some stuff for you to look at, if you'd like. . The DD-316 Scout Craft is my nod to Classic Space and perhaps the last new project I'm going to undertake for Brickworld. It started life with me trying to think of something to build with these intakes. I put one of them together weeks ago and have had it staring at me from the inside of the "sort me" bin. I finally rescued it from oblivion Wednesday night and this is the final result. I'm not particularly enamored with the back section, but it'll have to do until I gain some skill or learn the secret of making cool stuff out of Lego. Oh well. I'm pretty happy with the model overall. Plus, it's pseudo Classic Space. You must love it -- it's the law. I tried to build it modularly in case I needed to break it down for packing purposes or in case I dropped it. Guess what? I dropped it while taking pictures. Thirty seconds later, the DD-316 was back in business. And now on to something totally redonkulous. Per a suggestion from Leda Kat, I tinkered a few minutes with my farm tractor and decided to post it as well. It's going to be part of my Junior's Farm setup at Brickworld. I may modify some other bits on it, but I think I've got the desired result. Now I just need to iron out the final look of the thing, place some foliage and farm animals and call it "done." Well, that's it from here. I'm your host, Chris Phipson, and this has been "MOCpages Tonight." See you next time when we'll discover the incredible world of the duckbilled platypus. Good night, Cleveland!
