AEGAKS-106-CGr "Solice" . A large AEGAKS designed for speed and acrobatics. It has an enhanced Nueral Trace system for more accurate movement. . The AEGAKS 106-CGr "Solice" is uniquely large for an AEGAKS and features a very interesting and functional compound leg system. The Solice is designed for running and jumping, the compound leg being the most stable and fastest. This model does not feature any back mounted equipment, and instead simply goes for the aerodynamics of running. The armor on the leg was specifically designed to close together when the leg was fully retracted, giving the legs the appearance of solid armor when kneeling. The legs close up with some of the best functionality to record. The Solice is capable of folding up neatly for transport, making this model a definate possible cargo for large transport planes, especially if it were to be equipped with a large chute or other deployment means. The Solice's primary weapons are two anti-armor blades that have been stylized for quick slashes, somewhat reminiscent of katanas. The experimental system on board makes handling the blades even easier, more natural. As with all AEGAKS, the Solice's pilot block is ejectable, as is the powercell. The pilot block is elongated by two units to make room for the experimental system. The pilot is Keiken. In the original Exo Force, he was merely a scientist who developed the battle machines, but in the Redux that I'm working on, he's a colonel in the SPA (Sentai Province Army) and the leader of the Exo Force, not only in name but practice. The Solice is Keiken's personal AEGAKS. I noticed that it's really hard to make great looking, functional compound legs that can hold the weight of the mecha. I hope this qualifies as great looking, because I know it fits the other two points. This has been one of my favorites to date, aside from Little Blue. A frame reveal for the Solice. The compound leg was difficult to work out, but I was very pleased with the final result. A shot with the legs fully extended. The Solice is pretty tall when its legs are fully extended. A comparison between the Solice and the Arkham. The Solice nearly drawfs the ARkham in size and strength. The Arkham is more nimble though, being somewhat smaller with the jumpjets on its back and legs. A comparison between the Solice and the Geras. The Geras had been the biggest model I had made, but no more. The Solice is now the largest. This will be my last AEGAKS for a while, as I've recently begun online college courses and expect my plate to be full.
