German A7V (WWI tank) . German A7V WWI tank. . A A7V tank the germans answer to the British Mark tank. this tank was armed with a 5,7 cm gun and 6 machine guns. The tank was designed by Joseph Vollmer in 1916, after the first appearance of the british Mark tanks at the Western Front.
