The Method to my Madness . Look who's sorted his lego collection! . Sorry I haven't uploaded anything lately. This is the primary reason (along with First Lego League). I'm so glad I finally did it; the result is so worth it. I first started sorting because someone gave be there tub of Bionicle and I arranged the parts on the floor. It looked so neat and organized I wanted my whole collection to be like it. I sorted a few smaller, more useful elements by part and the rest by color and sometimes category. I'm not sure whether to be proud of or disappointed with my teal collection. Here are the color-sorted bits. Dark grey is sorted into plates, slopes, and other system. White is sorted into technic/Bionicle and system, and then there's Znap and wheels with tires. I also had some larger plastic drawers. On top are a weird blue color and the short elbow beams. Here I have my dark grey technic/Bionicle and light grey and black sorted into slopes, plates, other system, and technic/Bionicle. This card table is where I actually do my building and keep more element-sorted and really rare colored pieces in tackle boxes and other containers. And then there are all of the MegaBloks I had to weed out of my collection. Ick. Oh well, my sisters enjoy building with them, at least. Thanks for looking!
