1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454 . A 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS454, not the first on MOCpages, but the biggest. My first attempt at making a car at this scale. It is an 11 wide convertible. Constructive critisism is very much appreciated. . Some statistics: Country of Origin: USA Years of Production: 1970 Displacement: 454CI (7437CC) Configuration: Front-Mounted V8 Transmission: 4-Speed Manual, Rear-Wheel Drive Power: 450 BHP (331kW) Torque: 500LB FT (678Nm) Top Speed: 125 MPH (201KM/H) 0-60 MPH (0-96KM/H): 6.1 Seconds Sorry if the pictures are quite dim and blurry. It was raining outside, so I had to use artificial lighting. Yes, this is a fully studless car. Doors are able to be opened. The interior. The V8 engine under the hood. Not entirely accurate. Everything opened. I was not able to build an opening trunk. Just to show that five minifigs can fit in the car, although the car is not meant to be in minifig scale. Fourth Wall Commentary: This was a really fun build. Now I know how much hard work car builders on MOCpages put into their vehicles. I will continue building cars like this, but in different scales. My next car will probably be a 1968 Ford Mustang, built as my birthday MOC next week. PLEASE RATE AND COMMENT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
