UNSC Cobra . The UNSC Cobra from Halo Wars. Enjoy! . Don't worry, everyone! I haven't stopped building system, and I haven't stopped building everyone's self-MOCs for those who prefer my Bionicle works. I'm just taking a break from all those requests (namely, I'm almost out of parts. Cash or Lego donations are appreciated, patience is demanded. You try building Solunus and his trike, then see if you have the heart to scrap them. Yeah, it's not happening anytime soon. :p). Now, on to the main attraction, the UNSC SP42 Cobra! This build was a lot more difficult than my Wolverine, but I'm much more pleased with the final results. Butt shot. If you are seeing this, thank the Forerunners for your active camo. A good view of the turret, showing off the twin rail guns. They make things get broken real good. I'm not sure what I was going for when I took this picture. The fact that the turret can swivel? Lookin' down the barrels of one scary looking vehicle. We need some western movie's duel music here. The cockpit is located here. I wasn't sure how many it seated (2, as I found out after building. Rats!), so I made it fit one driver. Cockpit open. Snug, ain't it? One last shot of the mobile mode. View the stop motion transformation HERE. But then come back and comment on the MOCpages post too. The locked down version is almost completely accurate, but by the time I got to the back wheels, I said to myself, "The heck with 'em!" And that was that. The Cobra next to the Wolverine. This was a really fun, albeit frustrating build. My hat goes off to anyone who attempts a transformer, let alone something as simple as a locking feature. Thanks for viewing, let me know what you think!
