Panzerkampfwagen lll Ausf. J/N . . Haha I am super excited about this one! All the angles turned out so beautifully, especially the turret. This panzer will eventually turn into a kit, once I tweak it a little more and add more details. I present to you the Panzerkampfwagen lll Ausf. J! Front view Side view Side/back view Shot without commander Panzerkampfwagen lll Ausf.N Not much different from the Ausf.J, the only difference is the Shorter barrel... It is rumored that Hitler organized a tank battalion called the SS GorillapanzerKampfeinheit. No one knows too much about this branch of the German armed forces. The first reports came when troops of the Red Army claimed to see gorillas in tanks near Stalingrad, although this was never verified due to the fact that the troops in question where never found for further questioning... odd? Other sightings in Poland, France, Madagascar and North Africa, were never verified because troops that (supposedly) encountered these herbivorous mammals suffered a condition that was known as "der Banane Schock" or "The Banana Shock"... odd right? The Allied high command dismissed these reports as "ludicrous" and "aw it's probably just Jerry in a fur coat" No one knows what happened to the GorillapanzerKampfeinheit. Did they fight on and defend der Führer to the last breath? Did they abandon him and retreat to central Africa. Could there be Natzi gorillas still alive!? No one knows. If there was evidence it has been forever lost in the allied air raids. Sad.... Oddly enough this rumor first aspired after a group of animal rights activist toured the newly opened Berlin zoo and war museum... Hmm? Could be true, could be false, I for one need more evidence... But that's just me, you be the judge. Thank you Monica for the awesome photos! Well that's all, I hope you had as much fun looking at it as I had building it! As always please rate and comment!
