7 wide Octan Tanker . Lego Octan Tanker in 7 wide. . Here's my conversion of the Lego Octan Tanker into a 7 wide. I was considering keeping it as an articulated truck but I decided to make it an 8 wheeled rigid just for a change. This was supposed to be a mod but it turned into a complete rebuild. Some of the original parts from the set are still used but not much. Please feel free to comment and rate. Building notes: Had a bit of a break through with the windscreen. I found a patio door in my collection which I never new I had, and the big bonus is that it's got a stud on it. The stud happens to be in exactly the right place where I needed for mounting it so no rubber bands needed, woohoo! Also you may have noticed the lack of stickers. I got the original set around Christmas time and I think the sticker sheet may have got thrown away when clearing up all the wrapping paper and packaging and stuff. I'm pretty sure it wasn't me as I never clear up so the culprit is yet to come forward, I have my suspicions. I managed to find a tile in my collection with an Octan sticker on it so that will have to do for now.
