Temple of Doom . I have been working on this for awhile now and finished about four months ago. the reason I waited so long is A. I am a procrastinator B. I was waiting till after Brick Fiesta and C. my old camera broke. this took me about 60+ hours of building and I am very proud of the finished result. I took it to brick fiesta and it won "best themed" some of you may have seen it there. Without further babble, THE TEMPLE OF DOOM! . The face of the Kali. I was real worried that it wouldn't turn out well, but I am pretty happy with it. The top half of the temple. I used all my leftover Dark Bley to build this. a slanted view of the temple. a added that just because it looked cool, It was not in the movie. Mola Ram, the main antagonist in the movie. I wanted to add a heart in his hand but he never does that to Willie. (Unfortunately, she was so annoying) Short Round, Indy's cute little helper. Indiana jones, part Archeologist, part adventurer, all actor. He's is currently fighting a thuggee. The right, upper corner of the temple. No wonder Mola can't find all five stones! looks like the rock monsters have been eating them! I love adding little Easter eggs, this one is behind the giant statue. The entire back of the temple. I know, its not pretty but it works. a view of the whole temple. looks like Mola has been busy. some of the detailing in the lower part of the temple wall. The left part of the temple floor. The skull, I loved making this, the one on the set was wrong, there's one in the NOSE and two in the eyes. A above view of the temple. The body of the statue. The right side of the temple floor a little power miner Easter egg in the wall. a closeup of the left side The bottom half of the temple. The top half of the temple. The skull necklace Nick interviews Mola. Nick: hello, mola. what's it like being the star of a MOC. Mola: Nice, I get my own dressing room! Nick: say, why are you holding you arm like that? some sort of foreign Greeting? Mola: actually Nitro is using the rubber band technique and is to lazy to undo it. Nick: oh. Nick: are you worryed about Indy defeating you? Mola: oh heck no, he's a wuss. Indy: I heard that! Willie: ohhh, if i get out of here I am going to whip you plastic tush, mister! Mola: though I must say listening to Willie all day can give one a headache Nick: agreed Mola: need and aspirin? Nick: sure. Nick with the trophy it won. a final above view The movie originally had a sword in this hand but I changed it to fire the arms the temple at Brick Fiesta. ===================================================================================== well, sure hope you guys enjoy this! it took me a while. C and C is appreciated.
