Ocarion was the best hunter in Le-Koro and could shoot an arrow as quick as an Avohkah, earning him the nickname, QuickAim.
His adept bowmanship led to his induction into the elite snipers unit of the Order of Mata Nui.
After an extensive training regiment, he was given a Toa Stone and became a Toa of Air.
His transformation was not like most Toa. Instead of having direct control of his element like most Toa, Ocarion's powers are infused to his armor and weapons, glowing with a strong green aura.
This allows him with great control of his arrows, even after they've been shot, being able to guide them around corners and through obstacles.
His chief job in the Order was an assassin. Nothing flies quieter than an arrow.
After years of faithful service, he was met with an important assignment: assassinate a target known as the BARON.
Like any other mission, Ocarion spent the first few weeks learning his target's regular movements and tracked angles and all the other important variables for the big day.
He had finally prepared thoroughly enough to go through with his plan. The BARON was set to hold an attack against the subterranian Jak'at and was holding a meeting...out in the open.
Ocarion took the shot. He hit his target in the chest right between the clavicle and neck; a lethal shot for sure.
It wasn't. 50 years later, a deranged Matoran came to Ocarion. He was a Turaga now, and was working as an instructor for the Order. The BARON had found him. He didn't kill Ocarion, but slashed his eyes and blinded him permanently.
Ocarion was given leave from the Order, mentally and physically scarred from the ordeal. He suffers from depression and pessimism. He has grown senile, and his age has only hardened his views on life.
He still holds a bitter and unyielding grudge against Aridike in Le-Maras.
I had some real fun with this character. I revised a bit on some of the earlier parts of Aridike's history so as to incorporate Ocarion as the assassin who shot him. I also really like the build. I'm doing some more experimentation with custom limbs and torsos. Not too shabby if I say so myself.
Speaking of shabby... I made my first stopmotion for Ocarion! Take a look!
Yeah...do be kind. There's plenty of flaws, mostly due to rushed picture taking and iffy software. I'll get better and, maybe if I put some actual effort into it next time, I'll get some awesome stuff up ON MY CHANNEL (Hint hint, nudge nudge).
Also, I've been a bit inactive buildwise, but it's only because of a few things: 1) I've been getting parts off Bricklink! I've gotten a lot of great stuff (Ocarion's trans-lime Miru, for one), including some new masks...one hint. One hint only: a Tryna. 3:
Anywho, I'll be posting a bunch more stuff. LOADS, really, but a lot of it is from "The Race Against Time Itself" (into it's 6th Chapter now!), and I need to wait for the story to progress.
Well! Hope you like him! Wish me luck in Contest!
