NEOS Javelin . All done! . The NEOS Javelin a capital ship addition for the NEOS fleet. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 The "shell" on the top is basically the castle building technique, though the first place I saw it was on Mark Kelso's Cylon Raider. Thanks Mark! I keep going up and down on how much I like this. I REALLY like the shape, but I was a little frustrated on how limited I was trying to make all the little details in a scale that's pretty unfamiliar for me. The key for me was to NOT look at really really good builders creations, which is odd because I normally get inspiration, but I was just getting discouraged. After hours of non productive building, I just had to say to myself it is what it is, stop building and post it. I don't know technically what scale this fits in, I guess I'm thinking about 20-30 figs would fit in the bridge on top of the tower. It was exciting to work on something that I hadn't done yet, but it took a looong time. Between interruptions with family visits and embarrassingly long mental blocks...let's just say I'm very happy to finally upload this. Feel free to browse my Flickr if your interested in my other stuff. (My pics haven't made it back to MOCpages since the crash). Lastly thank you to all the peeps checking on my stuff, it's much appreciated.
