MIT Round 3: Legofreak2444 -vs- Sebeus I . 2011 MIT Round 3: Legofreak2444 -vs- Sebeus I in the category (Bravo bracket): Devoured by a Rhinoceros - Build a scene or story inspired by one of British author, Roald Dahlís childrenís stories. . 2011 MIT Sebeus I So, when I got the category I was like, 'Alright, this looks like fun.' then I had to look up who Roald Dahl was and what the quote was from, then I found 'Devoured by a Rhinoceros' is from the book: 'James and the Giant Peach'. I saw the movie about that a while ago so I was thankful I had an idea. :P Dahl also wrote 'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' and 'The Fantastic Mr. Fox.' Which I was familiar with. But anyway, I just decided to make the scene that the quote was from, I think it turned out well. :) So the story goes, James Henry Trotter lived a happy life with his parents in a cottage by the sea in South England. Then one day they were on a shopping trip in London when James' parents were 'Devoured by a Rhinoceros' that escaped from the zoo. He later went to go live with his crazy aunts. By now I was laughing my head off. For obvious reasons. I thought how this whole scene would look. XD A screaming kid, some zoo keepers taking the rhino away, maybe a Phippy mopping up the mess, well, maybe not Phippy... :P Anyway, onto the MOC! Captions below photos. Here's the whole scene. Another shot. Sorry for any blurry pictures. The backside. Here's the zoo keepers trying to lure the beast. Chocooolaaate! :P "Okay on three, one...two...three! Heave!" "Aaahh! Omigosh! It IS a Phippy!" "Mop, mop, mush, squish, splash, mash, mop, mop..." The lord and lady that donated the funds for the zoo. :P I made that up. Da vig without da figs! Another shot. The minifigures and...minifigure parts. Now for the Rhinoceros...uh, no, the other one... Ah. Here he is. This is my favorite part. :) It's perfect scale. :) Rear end. Underside. "Mop, Squish, Mop, Squash! Heeeelp!" Thanks for lookin', good luck to my opponent. Please rate and comment!
