Why?
PF Hot Rod . A motorized Hot Rod with working V4 engine, suspension, and lights. It uses mainly parts from the Extreme Cruiser. . This model uses one battery box, one XL motor, 2 medium motors, one pair of lights, one IR receiver, and one IR remote. The Hot Rod has a simple drive system. An XL motor turns a universal joint that turns a 20t gear which turns the differential. To steer, a medium motor turns a 36t gear, which turns a 12t gear. This gear is connected to a worm gear, which turns a 24t gear. This gear is connected to the 8t gear that moves the steering rack. The Lights. Since I could not connect the driving motor to the engine, I instead connected a medium motor to it. The medium motor's plug is on top of the XL motor's plug, so the engine moves as it drives.
