SF-372 Tsunami . The Tsunami is the final member of the new swing wing fighter production line from Whackemoff Stellar Enterprises Inc. Although it may be the most conventional looking of the three, it could very well be the deadliest as well. . The Tsunamiís design is based on an older but still very popular model known as the Viper which was commonly flown by colonial forces back in the day. In many respects, the Tsunami is much like its sister ship the Firestorm in design, crew compliment and overall combat profile. The Tsunami carries six guns in total. The classic nosecone and canard wing lasers are just like the ones in the Firestorm. The underside however sports two particle beam cannons for a massive damage ratio with a matching long range to boot. What sets her apart is the massive housing for the twin fusion reactors and the new nine point multiport thruster array between them. The over-thrust capabilities, when fully engaged make this fighter the single fastest craft in human hands today! Of course the output of the energy signature is so massive that itís been reported one could almost see its contrail from a parsec away just with the naked eye (possibly a slight exaggeration on oneís part). As with her older siblings, the Tsunami has the same glass-steel canopy, forward sweeping wings, and high intensity search lights. A fact that was not originally known is that the Tsunami was actually the first fighter of this line to incorporate the swing wing element in its design. After being tested in great depth, Dr. Whackemoff liked so much he had it reverse engineered into the Tornado and Firestorm which were still fixed wing fighters at the time! An interesting phenomenon was observed by one of the test pilots when travelling at top speed with the lights on. The ship became bathed in a spectral glow leaving some to wonder what kind of astral anomaly theyíre witnessing. As like her sisters, The Tsunami is a force of nature to be reckoned with. Any foe unlucky enough to it will be laid to waste without exception. Orders for this top-notch fighter along with the rest of its kin are predicted to blow through the roof and into the stars. Just the way the good Doc likes it! Now, a few shots of our three lovely lasses posing together for the camera. A close up shot of our unsung hero, the stand. This is the original design of the stand but the bottom portion blended with the wings so much it actually detracted from the pics so it had to go.
