Metal Legion AS-70 Heavy Air Drop Unit (HADU) . This Creation Has taken awhile to build now. After finally finishing the last section, I give you the HADU. Hadu is short for Heavy Air Drop Unit. The model breaks down into three sections. The bottom section is used as the "cargo area". It has a retractable ramp with lock. The top section houses the units' 14 man Aerial troop section. The Top Also comes off to reveal the cockpit which is the last section. Enjoy the model. . The hatch unlocks the ramp unleashing its fury! The HADU carries one Metal Legion Heavy Infantry Mech and one Metal Legion Assault Vehicle. The 14 Aerial Troopers are veterened warriors of the sky. The squad breaks in half utilizing its mobility and speed to flank the enemy from both sides creating chaos and confusion. Quick and Swift The Cockpit is sealed off with an airlock chamber allowing the rest of the ships other compartments to open without disturbing the cabin pressure in the cockpit. The doors slide back and fourth on smooth tiles, sealed by the roof. The Ship is equiped with four 360 degree rotating thrusters and one Stationary Thruster. The Cockpit is outfitted with the latest tech. The Crew consists of: One Pilot, One Co-Pilot, One Gunner, and one Navigator. Two Plasma Cannons mounted on the nose of the cockpit Clear a path to the LZ. The Ladder is connected to the section that houses the troops to the cargo bay. How else are the crew suppose to get in without jetpacks lol. The HADU has rear defense cannons as well. Accesable by a sliding door behind them, The troops are able to defend the ship from an attack from the rear. The paltform slides out allowing more rotation. Two Air Combat engineers man the Plasma Cannon turrets. The hatches on the the side of the ship open up releasing the Aerial Troops into combat. Verticle Takeoff is a must needed factor in delivering troops fast. The thrusters rotate accordingly to allow fast "drop offs". I leave you all with one question.... I have been debating whether or not to do a battle scene using this monster. Should I? Please rate and comment. Tahnx
