Type 51: Light Tank/ Tankette . Having recently only making 'big' tanks, I thought I should go back to making smaller tanks and vehicles. Enjoy! . The Type 51 has been produced to replace the aging Type 51 Light Tank. Compared to the T50, the T51 is smaller/more compact yet still holds the same armament (20mm cannon), and has thicker armor. Although this does mean there is only room for 1 crew member limiting awareness and effectiveness of the tank. The tanks has extremely wide tracks to travel over thick marsh lands and deep mud. close up of the turret This view reveals the entrance hatch below the turret. Turret removed. -thanks for reading- -please rate and comment-
