F-15 Eagle . The F-15 Eagle was built in response to, what would later become, the MiG-25 Foxbat. The US saw the preliminary photos as a highly advanced fighter aircraft. The US decided to counter the threat with a new aircraft. McDonald Douglas won the contract and then built the best fighter aircraft to ever serve. . A front view. I should also point out that I will soon be building/releasing more fighter aircraft in the coming days. Here, the air brake is deployed. The two jet engines in back, providing massive amounts of thrust. The F-15 is capable of speeds of Mach 2.5+, making it one of the more faster aircraft in the world. Landing gear down. Landing gear up. And a final picture. Anyways, in other news, after this and maybe two more aircraft, I will not post anything for a while, for I will be taking an extended trip to a foreign country. When I come back, I will immediately start on my tank, again. I just have to come up with a turret turing mechanism, and from there, smooth sailing.
