Venomís Anquish . Venomís Anguish at defeating his deranged offspring Carnage . Built for Mr. Xenomurphyís Superhero Contest here on Mocpages. I am not a big fan of contests but I couldnít resist this one. Carnage is Venomís deranged offspring. In the comics Spider-Man and Venom join forces to defeat Carnage. My vignette depicts Venomís anguish at killing his own son. I have depicted him much larger and more muscular than Carnage. He stands 10 inches tall and over 12 inches if you include his tentacles. Much like my smaller heroes he is fully possible and playable. His height and muscular physique really pushes the limits of these ball and socket joints. The belt around his waist supports his upper body and prevents his legs from doing the splits (he is quite heavy). He has a swivel action waist joint only, Carnage includes a swivel and tilt waist joint hidden behind his red belt. 16 x 16 base The next two pictures show my original vignette depicting Venomís victory over SpiderĖMan, entitle Venom's Revenge. Unfortunately this creation was not allowed in the contest because I had used Spidey in an older post. The next photo shows my second attempt. But that was no good either because the base was too big. The moral of the story is to read the rules once, then again and again. I really hope that this version will be accepted. 3rd time lucky ;) Thank you for looking.
