Why?
Just Desserts . . We were out in the forest, having completed a day of wood-chopping and eating a snack before heading home. Resting against a large stump, we never suspected danger until it was too late. A vast maw opened behind us; Jeremy tumbled in before he even knew what had happened. As his lifeblood ran between the teeth of Mother Nature, myself and Billy ran. We ran, and never returned. To this day, I've not cut down another tree. Yep, I've built a man-eating tree stump that avenges itself upon lumberjacks. Just a quickie one day MOC to tide me over as I sort for the MocOlympics. The front. I've acquired a few more foliage pieces since my last landscape. I rather like this tree. The man-eating tree stump. That's what happens when you pick on things bigger than yourself. A stagnant, muddy pond. I like how the trans-black tiles work here, I've not seen them used like this before. (Though I'd be surprised if they haven't.) Bird's eye view. Thanks for stopping by, I'll see you again for the MocOlympics!
