Why?
Dragon Castle! . Yup, my largest castle yet, with a dragon to boot! :D My first dragon yet, maybe with more to come in the future... Magma was inspiration forthe dragon. Sorry about any bad pictures, I'm still working on getting the dark background right... . Nick V's awesome wing technique! Unfortunately, he hasn't posted the MOC yet- I saw it at the Lego Annual Brick Show ,and never figured out how it worked... Now I do :) and, boy, is it hard! I can now understand why you couldn't get it to work for your dragon on the day- it is fiddly as! The wings must have taken me 2 hours... His wings were around 20 times bigger... for each wing!!! :|___| LOVE the tower. Thanks to LWC Guy for helping me with the design :) I managed to get an epic angle on the tower- check it out in the arial shot :) see how I got the angle? sorry for the blurry pic :3 so its a 1x2 slope piece, which has a hollow stud. the normal 1x2 brick, with the tube on the inside, fits into it nicely... from there, its easy :) I was planning on doing more, but I ran out of pieces, time, and patience :P sideways pic??? wha? sorry! aaarrrgggh! also sideways?!!?!?! note the tower angle :) LOVE how I got the roof attatched :) if you own this piece, the base for the large evil Agent's robot, you'll know it has these thin edges. These fit nicely into 1x2 grill pieces! artistic shot to end :) Magma! , inpiration for the Dragon! I hope you all enjoyed! God bless you all! ~Tim~
