Modern Day Lord Of The Rings . Made for the Lego Lotr Contest round three: Modern Day LoTR. . In the modern day, Gondor still rules, but is just a Constitutional Monarchy. The Steward follows the King everywhere. Swords are still carried by the Nobility, but they are just ceremonial and very blunt. Minas Tirinth has expanded all the way across the Fields of Pelennor to Osgilliath, where a war memorial stands. The elite and politically important live in the origional city, and the middle- and lower-class live on the fields. Hobbits and Dwarves send ambassadors often, and enjoy peace with everyone but the Harad Terrorists. the tree still grows, and the guards still stand, but the times are changing quickly. Is it time for the age of Dwarves? Or maybe Hobbits? Figs only. Made for the Lego Lotr Contest. Fourth Age: This has been a really fun contest, and I would like to thank Freeling and all the judges. This category was hard, but I think I managed to pull it off. That curve was really hard!
