WMC-003TX Mk II Liquidator . The Mobile Core unit used by Project SCION. . The Liquidator is a variant of the Browning Mobile Core unit used by the SCIONs. It features experimental and prototype weapon systems. As with their hardsuits, the SCIONs are able to directly interface with their Mobile Core units, thus increasing their overall combat effectiveness. All of their primary weapon systems smart-link with their HUDs to increase accuracy. This particular Mobile Core unit excels in anti-Mobile Core warfare. Although it can eliminate conventional targets, it was developed with the specific intention of Mobile Core warfare dominance. Standard Armament: 1x 30x80mm Pistol (Magazine Fed) 2x Bowie Flip-Blade The Bowie Flip-Blades are mounted on the wrists of the Mobile Core unit. The blades swivel forward for use. Each unit is equipped with vernier thrusters to allow for bursts of speed, mobility, and agility. The vernier thrusters active. An optional thruster pack may be equipped. This is mainly used for airborne operations, and is a highly advanced prototype. The thrusters swivel outwards to activate. This system, along with the vernier thrusters, is the predecessor and prototype system of the AMBAC used by Mobile Suits. The Gunner variant equips a "Sub Machine Gun" with an under-mounted shotgun. The SMG fires 30x113mm HEDP rounds. Its compact size allows the Liquidator to more easily move around in confined spaces. Four spare magazines for the SMG are mounted on the rear of the unit. The Heavy variant of the Liquidator. The Guided Missile Launcher is an experimental version that the Browning uses. The main difference, besides the smart-link system, is that it is magazine fed. The other primary weapon system of the Heavy variant is the 81mm semi-automatic grenade launcher. Cylindrical drum magazines, similar to a revolver, are used. Spare grenade magazines are shown. The Sniper variant. The sniper rifle features an advanced smart-link system and interfaces directly with the Mobile Core, instead of the wireless system. The ammunition of choice for the Sniper variant is the 50x200mm HEAP (High-Explosive, Armor-Piercing) round. Like the other variants, spare ammunition is stored on the back of the Mobile Core. The shield of the Sniper variant is smaller than the Browning's, and thus is more maneuverable. Instead of being hand-held, it mounts to the hand. The main use of the shield is as a support for the sniper rifle, which creates a balanced and supported position. *Editor's Notes* Unlike my other Mobile Core units, this one does not feature any action pictures. Those will come with their very own MOC, which will show the SCIONs in action. So stay tuned! Mobile Core history. Project SCION.
