Mit Round 4 - Justin Knelsen Vs. Garret Smith- Sydney Opera House . Well this is my fourth entry to the 2012 MIT. The category was famous landmarks, a rather difficult category, and naturally while searching for the right one to build, I decide on the one with the HARDEST shaping. That is the famous Sydney Opera House. Yeah, anyway I think it turned out pretty well and im really happy with the lighting I used. Please let me know what you think. Enjoy . Category: Famous Landmarks: The Taj Mahal, the Eiffel Tower, Big Ben, The Great Pyramid of Giza. Pick a famous landmark and show us your version of it. Microscale or minifig, its up to you. My worthy oponnent Garret Smith The link to the MIT. The water, I made it with transparent plates and cheese slopes for a wind blown effect. We also have a small sailboat in the waves seeing the sights. The power functions used for the lights, let it be said that no non lego element was used. The lights, my favorite part of the MOC. Look closely and see that it reflects off the transparent water pieces, this still looks so much better in person. I feel this is one of my better creations with the lights and shaping and all I would really appreciate feedback. Oh, and good luck to my oponent Garret Smith Im looking forward to seeing his entry. As always Please rate and comment.
