Space Police I SHIP . My first SHIP!.. . ... and it takes up my entire dining room table! The main engines light up... ... and so does the bridge and the engine intakes. Inside the bridge. The Captain. Front consoles have swivel chairs that don't swivel if a fig is in them :( Captain's chair does swivel a full 360 degrees though! woo! Space Police I was one of my favourite Lego lines when I was growing up. I rebuilt my Galactic Peace Keeper and SpyTrak sets, but felt they needed something else to go with them. It took around 3-4 months to build. No idea how many parts. It weighs around 10-12kg and is just over 1m long. Wing span is about 74cm. The whole thing is extremely solid and could be swooshed if it wasn't so big and bulky. The roof section over the bridge is easily removed, as is the roof over the main body of the SHIP. I ran out of parts so didn't get to complete the main interior. So far all that is inside is a brig however I have plans to make a weapons locker and storage area, as well as a section of the floor that acts as an elevator to the ground. Please see my flickr page for slightly better pics (I still suck at photography): Thanks for looking!
