A-7 "Armadillo" APC . Hello all, I'm back on the pages after a lengthy Dark Age, and I have my first MOC to compliment my return. This is the A-7 "Armadillo" the first APC of the Andoran nation. It comes compliment with a fully functional Auto-Turret and several counter measures. Capable of moving at a top speed of 63 MPH, it is definitely a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. . I wasn't too sure about this MOC, I don't like it as well as some of my others, I think it's mostly the front, the only thing that saved it from cannibalization was that my buddy convinced me to upload it anyway, so... Here you go. A side view showing off my work on the SNOTty side panels. The first of the two countermeasures on the APC, A smoke screen generator capable of covering a large portion of the battlefield with radar-scrambling smoke in little under 20 minutes, creating the safest enviroment possible for the APC to drop its troops. The Armadillo does not always rely on stealth in the battlefield, it is complimented with a very large turret, containing some major firepower. The main, center compliment, a huge 60mm cannon capable of destroying most anything that isn't nailed down, and even then. The second, smaller gun on the top left is a .32 caliber turret, capable of clearing a path in front of the APC, making sure the troops inside remain uninjured until the drop point. The final armament on the right, is a dual, .50 caliber monster with the umph required to take down even the toughest land and air units. Another angle on the turret The back hatch, people get in, people get out, I don't believe it does much else. But there is a spare tire on it, so maybe that's its alternate function, to be a tire carrier. Now its open, ooooooh! I made the top fairly easy to open for ease of access to the interior. The control panel, I could have made a better one, but by the time I got to the interior last night I was super tired, that's mostly why its pretty sparse in there. Well, that's it people, I hope you enjoy it more than I do, as I still have a stigma towards it for some reason... Anywho, Like, Comment and fave! See you next time.
