Machine-gun Nest . An advanced machine-gun nest designed as an infantry sized fortification for defenseive usage. This MOC is a continuation of my L.U.C.L. Reloads in order from oldest to newest, this model being third. . This MOC was featured on the Lego Universe Creation Lab at the time it was built, however, seeing as Lego Universe has come to an end, I have decided to re-upload these creations here on MOCpages. Here is the link to the page-Click here ____________________________________________________________ --The Brick Federation is a people who strive for the best, and thus, a machine-gun nest made entirely out of sandbags will simply not do. And so, the consept of building a machine-gun nest from metal capable of surviving attacks from any infantry weapon was designed. A speicaly designed frame, and a strong metal roof allow this semi-underground structure to remain fully intact even after being rolled over by a full-size tank. The interior is made room for four infantry machine-gunners as well as thier equipment, spare rations, and leaving just enough room to mantain sanity. Using a transport-truck to deliver the parts, a crew of four can dig and assemble the nest within a few hours if properly trained. The roof is moved upwards when the occupants are perpared to fire, exit, or simply take a breather. --As customary in the Brick Federation, the desgin was put into mass production; although production was halted, factorys still remain on standby to construct more if the need should arise. The Machine-gun Nest is the most used "Second generation" desgin the Brick Federation built, it was designed in mid-2011 and is still in service; tactics have be theorized for it's useage, but the design has yet to be used in ture combat. ____________________________________________________________ This creation, the Machine-gun Nest was designed in the Brick Federation by Joey4026 -2011 BrickFed Tech-
