Long range bolt action sniper rifle . So this is my bolt action sniper rifle. its magazine fed and the magazine can be removed/inserted any time at any place. NOTE: this is not entirerly my desing. most of the gun is made with instructions from bear brother. Please check out his home page at: . This sniper includes the following aspects: -117cm long -two magazines one 5 rounds and the other 8 rounds -strong magazine catch -molded stock -Comtfrable cheek -nice and comftrable pistol grip -foldable bi-pod -magazines removable -working scope that you can look through -sturdy construction And here are the fotos: Some more photos of it The other side As i mentioned this is a bolt action gun. So here is the bolt of it. It also has a comftrable stock. at other words molded stock This is the cheeck of the gun. Its also pretty simple but it works nicely because the scope is pretty high above the stock. A stock detail that i made The visible part of the barrel here. its pretty simple but effective. and the scope here. Note that this is from bear brother`s creation barret 98b i like this scope because you can look through it. its not very accurate but its still a nice thing to have This is the gun without the scope and also without the mag. This is where you mount your sights etc. Or in this case my scope. this is the standard 5 round magazine that it uses. And from an other angle here It shoots these 1x4 blocks with the flat piece on top of it. I also made an extended mag which holds 8 rounds instead of 5. A little size comparasion. The magazine housing here. The magazine release/cathch thingy The magazine inserted here, and as i mentioned it works like a real gun magazine. that means it doesnt need any further actions once its inside the gun, because the feeding mechanism pushes the round out of the magazine before shooting it. As you can see the magazine catch is so strong you can lift the gun from the magazine. the only thing thats touching the floor is the stock. and at this point i want to mention that the gun itself weights about 1.6 kilograms, or if you are an american 3,53 pounds This is my own addition to the gun: a foldable bi-pod. This is the bi-pod folded. as you can see it fits nicely under the barrel. these little gray knobs keep the legs from falling down. and my sort of clever rubber band mechanism pushes the legs apart from eachother Little feet thingies in the emd of the legs to grant extra stability. This is the pistol grip that i made. its also pretty comftrable but simple in desing. My hand at the grip. The trigger looks pretty simple but the actual trigger machanism is at the front of the magazine and in there its not that simple but i works nicely And one last look at the gun here. Also this picture with the bi-pod folded up. So thats it for this creation. Tell me what you think and if you have any ideas on how to improve/add something on it feel free to tell them.
