Von Blitzenberg, codename "Warhammer" . My GRC2 entry. I chose the song from Sabaton: Art of War as "Theme Music". Warhammer is a legend among Hero Works Elite. . This is the contest This is the music In the earlier days of the Hero Works Von Blitzenberg, known as Warhammer, was Durus Mortar's warrant officer. He was in charge for the recruits training. Veteran of many battles, he was feared not only as a drill instructor, but also Giant's most experienced consultant on tactical issues. As heroic as his life was, so was his tragic end. After a long complaint from his Commander about Maximus and his last schemes, Warhammer took his guns and went to take Maximus out, once and for all. It is not known, if he had any specific plan, but he never came back from this mission. On the other hand, after this occurence, Maxismus wasn't heard of for a long time. The HWE will always keep his memory. He was well known all across the HW for his two rifles ("Betty" and "Berta") ......and his moustache. The MOC has 260 parts including the weapons. I used my new trapezoid-frame with double shoulders and hips. Sturdy but quite poseable though. View from the back. The armor is not in correct position here. Fully equipped Warhammer carries a detachable combat-knife. Of course the MOC is able to reach and quickdraw it, i always keep an eye on things like that. Here's how the back-armor normally looks like, knife detached. Sorry for the red parts, i was running out of black. Custom head, just for the record. "Wooaaarrrrgh!" Notes: After listening to our theme songs, it turned out that only that metal-track lighted a spark for me. I imagined something like a fearless, bone hard warrior, stepping over a battlefield full of smoking scrap, looking for last pockets of resitance, after he plowed through the enemy hordes like a steamroller gone beserk. I felt that my MOC had to look mean, with a touch of invincibility, a survivor. I decided to give him dark-green parts and a helmet, for this would provide a classical military look. I originally planned to give him four arms, but that was gonna exceed the 300 parts limit, for i would have to give him additional weapons. Anyway there are many other details i'm quite satisfied with. The plan for his body-frame was clear from the beginning, it's almost the same like for Harmful, so i was sure to get enough muscles. The idea to use Ogrum's face was quite early in the process, it's dark green and i like the angry look. I found interesting, how it's expression changes a bit, depending on lighting and camera-angle.
