Raid to Moonshine Cache . Moonshine cache in the ruins of old farmhouse get raided. . My entry for MocAthalon 2013. I am part of Team FBCI. This creation belongs to the category 15, "Brick Noir", where the idea was to get inspired from the film noir style and the general '40s attidute. My creation, however, is more inspired from the attidute in the '20s and '30s, during the Prohibition era. I have recently found the prohibition era, the rise of American mafia and general '20s simplicity to be quite interesting and I wanted to bring that idea of "simpletown, America" feeling and mixing the drama from '40s classic movies. End result is scene from some small rural town where farmer and his oldest son have accidently, if not because of studity, started helping out city's big time players by organizing moonshine cache in an abandoned ruins of warehouse. They thought that this hideout would work well but, as you can see, cops of the city were more clever and with the help of one detective, they have now catch the papa and son crew who ran this little hideout. Pictures are also available at Brickshelf(once ready) and Flickr. The tree design is copied from Derfel Cadarn's excellent guide. I recommend everyone to check that thread out. The base of the creation use Finnish LUG's, Palikkatakomo's, standard module which makes it easy for me to add this creation to other modules.
