Nebulon-class Starfighter . The Nebulon-class Starfighter is a heavy-duty starfighter developed more as a prototype for later starfighters. It is equipped with twin sprayer gun turrets, twin heavy duty blaster cannons, twin missile launchers and one standard blaster cannon. . The fuselage and cockpit. The fuselage looks a bit weird, I know, but I had to achieve a chunky look somehow to blend in with the rest of the starfighter. A part of the side of the starfighter, showing some piping beneath the wing armour. It leads to... ...this! The engines of the starfighter. I'm pretty proud of how the back turned out, especially the slope at the back of the cockpit. A look at the cockpit. Don't ask about the Senate Guard. A close-up of one of the starfighter's wing-ish structures. It encases the power supply and other workings. Shown here is also the starfighter's main weaponry, including (from left to right) a standard blaster cannon, missile launchers (two of them, the one with the blue brick), heavy duty blaster cannons (only one pictured), and sprayer gun turrets which will raze any obstruction to molten slag. Due to its limitations, the starfighter can sometimes overheat after a long and engine-taxing flight. That's why it has flaps which open for better radiation of heat. A parting photo. In all, I wanted this starfighter to have a clunkier, less streamlined look, which is why there are more overlapping plates and greebles. Admittedly I initially wanted to build a super-tank-sort-of-flagship-thingummy but in the end I decided this looked more starfighterish. Maybe next time. Thanks for viewing and do give me feedback!
