F.E.N.S. Minefield . A creation for Mike Rutherford's strategic war-game "Decisive Action". Everything here is purist, there are no custom parts, or third part brands. This is for the category, Territorial Defensive Power land . NATION : Federal European Nation States F.E.N.S. UNIT: Bouncing Bella minefields NATIONAL MOTTO: Europe shall not fall. Location: EA-10 Decisive Action This is my take on the fixed defences category for DA. As I was reading through the mocs=power thread I noticed Rutherford mention mines so I jumped on the challenge. Minefields left from wwii still kill people today, a monument of one of the deadliest weapons on earth. Despite the fact that they are not the biggest threat on the battlefield landmines kill 20,000 people every year, and sadly 80% of those deaths are civilians. Never the less they cost 1000$ per mine to remove and would classify for that as a fixed defense, cant imagine how much the millions upon millions of mines would cost to remove, or how people would find them all. Shown here is the European nation states newest weapon to protect our borders, the bouncing Bella! ... No! its not a bouncing betty "although they are basically the same thing" In fact the Bella has .002 percent more explosive force, and are shaped slightly differently, so its nothing like the Betties! A poor rebel scum thought a brute charge against this brave Frenchman would give him a days food rations, in reality it gave the Frenchman his previous days food rations... and his intestines! I suppose sandbags don't protect against falling body parts. Thanks for viewing! rate, and comment. That impressive MOC is still coming, but until then a few more DA creations are on the way. If your viewing, don't forget that in DA likes = power so not only is a 5 star slide a fantastic way of showing you like the moc, it keeps me alive!
