Reading Olympics Round #1: Perseus and Medusa . My last hour entry into the Reading Olympics. Enjoy! . My entry into the Reading Olympics. My category is Greek Mythology, and my book is the Legend of Perseus. Link to the story The hero of the story, Perseus, seeks to slay the gorgon Medusa for the king Polydectes. He wears Hades' Helm of Darkness, a magical item that grants invisibility. I choose Perseus because of the potential for a great, rocky MOC, and that I owned the Medusa Minifig. More pics.. Originally, I wanted to do Icarus falling... I may do that Project at another time. Thanks to my family, who helped find some of the wall pieces at 10:30 at night. Thanks for viewing... Leave a comment... or.. you know.. God Bless...!
