Type 50 Self-Propelled-Gun . The Type 50 SPG is a Costigarian combat vehicle. Produced in mass numbers, the vehicle was commonly seen on the front line. It packs a 130mm cannon. The main turret features only front armor, meant to protect the gunners from small-arms fire, but not heavy tank shells. The vehicle itself is highly mobile for an SPG, mostly due to the fact that it has very little armor. The engine of the Type 50 is mounted in the very front, and as such, is prone to direct hits to that area. . I tried doing something like the desert camo the British Army used in WWII in North Africa. This particular angle doesn't show it off too well, but it's essentially pastel blue, yellow, green, and brown stripes going down the vehicle. You can also see the driver's hatch. While it doesn't open or close, you can simply move the hatch pieces into two different positions to signify opened or closed. You can also see that I removed the gun stands, but I didn't want to re-render the main image. Even with my brand new computer (i5-4670k + GTX 770), it still takes a long time to render. I don't think POVray likes the track areas. Although cool, this mid-render never turned out. My computer kept BSOD'ing trying to render the winter camo. :( And finally, an image of the horribly un-detailed cannon.
