Truck with Tail Lift . I tried to get a small as possible truck but with a working tail lift. . First I started with all type of technical solutions for the tail lift. I wanted to have a tail lift, where the platform stayed horizontal by construction but that I couldn't get small enough to my liking. Finally I decided to create on both sides of the car an adjustment wheel to lower down both the platform and the lift arm. After some minutes you can do it yourself. Lowering the arm and keeping the platform horizontal. This was really fun. Now I had the construction for the tail lift ready I had to build a truck around it. My goal was to use the small wheels 30.4x14. Unfortunately this kept the frame of the truck to low. Finally I decided to use the pictured wheels. It took me a whileand different iterations of trial&error to get all the technology for the tail lift and the steering and the back wheels in one place. Finally I had to redo the whole car beacuse the geometry of the car didn't fit. The wheel base was too long, the cabin was to small, the trucks cargo part was too big and low, etc. This is the final result and I am quite proud of it. Enjoy it!
