LoM Freebuild: Old Friends and New Information . This build is meant to lead to the crossover between me, ~Brick, and David FNJ. Enjoy! . Me: I think we've finally established Red Sand's permanent safety from nearby threats. No more rag-tag Mythronian raids, no more orc threats, and enough food stored to get us through the winter. We've finally done it! Blaine: Red Sand is in great debt to you, Jaldor. Without you, our little town would have faltered to the Mythronian invasion. Me: No debt is required, my friend. You have given me ownership of a town, all the food I can eat, and a warm bed to sleep in. Then, behind us, one of my Crimson Knights walked in and spoke. Crimson Knight: My lord Jaldor, there are two visitors here to see you. They say they know you and it is urgent they see you. Me: Very well, send them in. Blaine: It could be assassins, sir. Me: It could, but none can overpower us three. Suddenly, I was given a great surprise, because in walked Gorbus and Claudia. Me: By the stars! Gorbus! Claudia! Gorbus: It is good to see you once more, Jaldor. I was eager to talk about the book, so I ordered Orgug and Blaine out of the room. Even they weren't ready to see or hear about the book yet. As soon as they left, I began to speak. Me: You must forgive my delayed return to our quest about the book. I now have a duty to uphold to this town and it has held me here for some time. I hope you can understand. Gorbus: Of course. We've heard all about your victories and heroics here. And do not worry about the book, I have it safely hidden. Claudia: It's been a wild few months. We couldn't carry the book to inner Bodus. We were constantly attacked by wild Outlaws who have become even more bold after the failed Mythronian invasion. Gorbus: But while the book is important, there are other matters you should know about. Has the word Nerogue crossed your ears as of late? Me: Nerogue? No, I can't say I've heard it before. Why? Gorbus: Here, take this letter I wrote. It contains all the information I could muster about them. They apparently appeared some time before the invasion. They crushed Tomeu and made it their capital city. And then they allied with Mythron during the invasion. Me: During the invasion? But we saw no such men, only Mythronians. Gorbus: That's because the Nerogueans were left behind to protect the Mythronian homeland. When Mythron left to fight Rainos, your Outlaw brethren began to raid and sack settlements throughout Mythron. Me: Hmmm...Nerogue. A most curious place indeed. Any ideas on their goals or ambitions? Claudia: They used to be Outlaws like us. But apparently, they turned to Nerogue for a "better life". Me: This is very interesting news indeed. Any idea on who leads them? Gorbus: I've been given many names, but I'm certain that the leader's name is Darvainian. His name is sung many times by the minstrels when singing about the battle of Tomeu. Me: Darvainian, huh? He sounds like a great leader. Gorbus: From what I've heard, he is. But enough of this talk, do you have a warm bed for an old wizard? Claudia: And me? Me: Of course. Blaine will show you the way. After they left, though, my mind was still on Nerogue... Well, that's it folks! Thanks for looking, and please remember to rate and comment! :)
