Desert Camo T-90 Battle Tank . . Russian T-90 in desert camo. I am very pleased with how this one turned out! I think i got most of the details right, though i did take a few liberties here and there. First off, the source of inspiration for some of my solutions is found in the Russian tanks superpack by Lego 4 Life. In particular, the use of 1x2 rooftop-bricks was invaluable in creating the shape of the turret. We will start with a few photos of the front: Now, the top: Notice the attempt at a subtle two-color camo. Turret close-up: No, the hatches don't open :-/ Blurry detail: With good eyes you can spot how i achieved the rounded shape of the front armor. Right side: Left side: Turret movement: The turret rotates 360 degrees. Some photos of the rear: And interior: Not much, but it's there. I need to reconstruct it a bit though, to fit the fig's helmet in too. And finally, a composite shot with a few photos of the real T-90: A few bonus photos. First, my russian armor - complete with banner and a lone soldier: And all my armor in a group photo: Makes me think of Indiana Jones 3 for some reason! Thanks for watching :-)
