Lego City Undercover Lantos . Lego City Undercover race car Lantos . From the first time I saw the Lantos in artwork for Lego City Undercover, I thought it was a really cool and unique design for a Lego race car. I was really hoping it would be reproduced as 60053. I was a little disappointed when I saw the first pictures of that set, so I thought it'd be fun to make a few versions of the Lantos in LDD instead. After struggling to build the Lantos from Lego City Undercover pictures, I found a handy .pdf of the instructions at Amazing Brick Creations and built two models of the car based on real-life paint schemes of the Ford GT-40, which looks like a big inspiration behind the Lantos. On the right is the famous Gulf Oil livery. In Holman Moody colors - the DayGlo "mustaches" may be incredibly ugly, but they serve a purpose. The team applied DayGlo green and pink ID patches to help them distinguish one car from the other during a race.
