66 Batmobile 7 stud [ WIP ] new pics soon. Stay tuned! . EXTRA EXTRA! Almost done! I'm still missing the dark red 2x3 wingpieces... Today I felt illuminated and inspired to sort out some issues with this car. Tweeks are: chopped windscreens, sectioned body, reworked frontend, reworked rearend, turbine-engine moved into the body, some detailing around the windshields, and last but not least, lowered rearsuspension. Now I really want the last dark red bricks to complete the car. So STAY TUNED! STAY TUNED! STAY TUNED! While I'm extremely happy with my big bad beautiful Batmobile, eventhough I used lime green instead of red because of lack of th right colored bricks, I build a 7 stud wide variation of it. The big car didn't go well in Lego's modular building scale. I succesfully downscaled my Vampyre Hearse into a 7 stud version so I thought to myself: 'Why not make a 7-stud wide Batmobile'. I still don't have the right red parts, and I ran out of limegreen, so instead I used white as a contrasting color. Think it's about time I ordered me some dark red bricks and replace all of these wrong colors! But for now white bricks will do... . Pics that follow below are of the car before I scavanged all the dark red plates from other builds to use for my Batmobile...
