A study of MOCpages . A study of MOCpages and its flaws. . A study of MOCpages. MOCpages and its flaws in a nutshell. This page is a look into MOCpages and it’s minor flaws and annoying members. In this study we will show you what you will already know, and what you won’t know. We aim to make you more aware of what happens in a popular and well-known lego model hosting website. Made for humor, so don’t take offence, cry and Spam/have a tantrum. If you do, then you’re very stupid and shouldn’t be on the Internet for your own safety Talking us through this study is Dr. Wolf and Dr. Weston: Dr. Wolf: Ah, hello and welcome! Well, we have much to cover so let’s not waste it waiting and dribbling. On with the show! Halo Kiddies Collective noun: Plural. - Used to describe 2 or more kids who try and fail to build Halo models. Dr. Wolf: "We’ve all seen them. Kids who love the Halo series and they aspire to be like Master Chief in all his pixilated glory. Then, they see the joy of Halo lego models, created by gifted builders who can colour-coordinate and can spell and use grammar! My, sounds grand and enchanting! But, unlike their idols, the kids fail miserably at building halo models, but insist of posting pages after pages devoted to their piles of bricks that look nothing like what they should be. In fact, when we see pages like “Wrth0g ver.23.3 [gd model]”, Part of our soul dies and our brain weeps. Why do they persist in flooding us with halo-related rubbish? Why? What is the need… … They know who they are. We all do. There is more to life than Halo (as ridiculous as it sounds). " General stupid kiddies Collective term: Plural – Meaning kids who can’t accept the fact that not everyone loves them. Dr. Weston: "More common than Halo Kiddies, these are the kids that can’t understand why we all don’t vote their pages 5/5 all the time. They think they are the best when clearly they are not, and if we don’t give them 5/5 and a “I love this! You are my idol!” Review, they whine, have a fit/tantrum, cry and then retaliate in the only way they know how: SPAM! These are the kids who will spend hours going through your pages and giving them all 1/5s. Because that’s the only rational and mature thing to do... " Dr. Wolf: Er, yeah... Dr. Weston: "I was being sarcastic. They will also get their online “friends” to Spam you too, just to make sure you know who’s boss wink.gif. In fact, the only way the can get reviews is to post “lol chek out mi modelz plz” (or similar) in every single review they write, because otherwise, we simply ignore their pages. Some of them are so idiotic; they shouldn’t even be on the Internet for their own safety. However, they do provide us with a lot of laughs." Dr Wolf: "Or they write those silly reviews along the lines of “cool, will u be mi allie?” in order to try and gain friends, votes and reviews. Most of the time, the person asking has no building skills at all." Sub-article: Young Kiddies Collective term: Plural - Kids too young to be on the internet. Dr. Wolf: "Now, we all know how dangerous the internet is. You can never be too careful on the internet, as you never know who is looking at your things. Some kids shoulkdn't be on MOCpages, or on the internet at all, as they are too young. Kids as young as 7 are posting pictures and giving out personal information such as thier date of birth, address, email and so on. Most of the time, these kids have no building skillz at all, and simply throw togehter random bricks and say it's something that they can't spell. A fine example of this can be found here: Example of how not to build See what I mean?" Question pages Example of what NOT to do Dr. Wolf: "Generally, kids who post pages with the words: What Should I Build Next? Suggestions? Ideas? lol? plz? In the title are too lazy to use their imagination, and have to rely on the public to tell them what to build. This shows a complete lack of a thought process, and a somewhat none-existent brain. Is this what the wrold is coming too? I sure hope it isn't." Dr. Weston: Often found on Halo-kiddies’ websites, or on general idiot’s websites. Shifters Dr. Weston: "These are kids who will go through every model you have posted, find the one with the lowest rating and say it’s crap. For no reason at all. Because they have nothing better to do. Then, they will say you have no life. Hmm, but, who’s the one spending all their time on the web writing rather retarded reviews? Oh, the irony of it all. They are also known to Spam, and to acuse you of stealing if they don't like your model. Or if they want to make idiots of themselves, or to try (and fail) to stir up trouble." General Idiots Dr. Wolf: "The people who write, “What is this?” “whats it do?” “can I has instructions plz?” when they haven’t bothered to read the page you’ve posted, Instead, they simply click the review button and make themselves look stupid. They can’t be bothered to read so they don’t as that takes effort and is sensible." General Morons/n00bs Collective noun: Plural - Means, a groupd of morons or a group of n00bs. Dr. Wolf: "Need I say more? Thankyou for taking this tour, Dr. Weston will now answer any further questions you may have. Goodbye." Dr Weston: Er, sure... Go ahead. If this offended you and you spammed/ranted/shouted/cryed/wet yourself to show your true feelings, then you have just proved you are a stupid idiot who can't take a joke and takes life too serioulsy. Thankyou for making yourself look foolish, I couldn't have done this without ya. REPLIES TO REVIEWS: Thankyou greatly for the 40+ reviews, and thankyou for the support and praise for this. To those of you who were offended by it/think I'm ranting/want me to shutup/go away/die: Get a sense of humor and quit whining. =D This was made for Humor something some of you seem to have overlooked. Geez. Same applies for you having a rant/complaining/swearing at me/insulting/crying/shouting/arguing. Same also applies to anyone who goes along the 'you're not going to get respect...'. Get this: I didn't make this to gain 'respect' from people on MOCpages. I made it to show how bad it has become, hence why hardly any good builders post here anymore. I laugh at you. Really, have a sense of humor. Oh, by the way, and reviews you do post will not be read at all. All those email from MOCpages go into the Junk folder and then the bin. SO feel free to insult me as much as your hearts desire, I really don't care. :)
