Rapier Assault Ship . A heavy armored fighter. . Okay, I think this is my favorite MOC so far. Its a heavy star fighter for the USCMF with limited atmospheric capabilities. Heavy armor all around, the pilot is set low in th cockpit to allow quicker glances at the monitors and to provide better protection with some reduced visibility.. It sports the largest forward-facing shield generator that could fit in the nose provides frontal protection more common in large bombers and rapid troop transport ships. A large jamming/cloaking probe is mounted on the port wing, an auxiliary unit it concealed in the belly. A mid sized fusion generator provides enough power for a small frigate and gives the Rapier respectable speed and agility. The cooling intake is located above the canopy. Twin, long barrel ion pulse lazers are mounted on each shoulder along with secondary photon canons and high penetration micro torpedo launchers. Survivability in this ship is currently 100%. Thanks for looking!!
